Residence Visa for Dependent

Evaluating the client's case and presenting all the migratory categories the client is eligible for; Informing the client of all applicable requisites for each applicable migratory category, and method of application; Analyzing all the legal documents provided by the client, and advising on their suitability or required amendments (if any) for the purposes of obtaining the desired migratory category; Providing legal counsel throughout the application process; Drafting the necessary legal documents, powers of attorneys (if necessary), and affidavits, in order to submit the application; Contacting and coordinating with official translators in Peru, in order to obtain official or certified translations of the required documents; Scheduling the meeting with INTERPOL headquarters in Peru; Preparing all the documents for the INTERPOL appointment and meeting the client at the premises for delivery (personnel is not authorized to accompany the client into the premises); Submitting the application before the Peruvian National Superintendence of Immigration ("MIGRACIONES") once all the documents have been verified; Visiting the premises of MIGRACIONES, accordingly, should the entity require it or in case of delay, to expedite the process; Keeping the client informed with regards to the status of the applications; Submitting the necessary legal appeals, should the application be challenged, observed or denied by MIGRACIONES. *Our prices do not include sales tax or any other expenses, such as translations, apostilles, processing fees, notary fees, legalizations, etc.
