Sixteen years in B2B sales, high-end staffing, and career coaching taught her how to find the transferable skills people overlook in themselves, and how to position someone as the obvious choice when a hiring decision gets made. She moved from California to Europe in 2026 and runs her own business here, so she has worked through the income math herself rather than from the outside.
