Meet Christine Job

Christine Job, J.D. is a migration researcher, cultural theorist, and oral historian whose work sits at the intersection of voluntary migration, Black women's global mobility, and the gap between what people imagine life abroad will be and what it actually requires.

She is the creator and executive producer of Flourish in the Foreign, a 150+ episode oral history archive documenting the lives of Black women living across 30+ countries, recognized by Vogue Arabia, the Boston Globe, Business Insider, and Black Enterprise.

What distinguishes her coaching is not just that she has made the leap herself. It is that she has spent nearly a decade in Spain learning what comes after it. The visa gets you there. The first year tests you. What sustains a life abroad — the relationships, the rhythms, the psychological architecture of belonging somewhere new — requires a different kind of preparation and a different kind of support. Christine coaches both: the clarity required to make a grounded decision to go, and the framework required to actually cultivate a life worth staying for.
