Serbia has a lot to offer to those looking for a change of scenery. The nation is quickly becoming a business hub in Southeast Europe, presenting some great job opportunities for newcomers. The cost of housing is reasonable, while public transportation and utilities are quite efficient compared to other countries in Europe.
