These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by Expatsi LLC ("Expatsi," "we," "us," or "our") to individuals who opt in to receive SMS communications. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from Expatsi, including messages about Move Abroad Con, expat resources, and related services.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use our services, purchase tickets, or access any Expatsi product.
You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Expatsi is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS consent information are collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or through our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
